Damon's excitement for the 66 Mustang Engine!

This is when the car was first pulled into the shop. The car was rough and had rust in the quarter panels. Removing the quarter panels was a big job because of all the drilling.  8/2006
The quarter panels had a lot of body work and rust. We decided to replace the both quarter panels. On average a quarter panel takes about 12 hours to remove and replace.  8/2006
Engine compartments are complex and are difficult to work with. It took about 4 hrs to prep for paint. 8/2006
We painted the engine compartment with semi gloss black. Sprayed 3 coats for a nice shine and a lasting finish.  8/2006
#11 the quarter panel was set in place and is being aligned so that all body lines match. This process takes about 12 hours from start to finish witch consists of remove and replace. 8/2006
